1. About the service
WebTrafficExchange.net is a member-powered website traffic exchange. Members earn credits by completing verified visits to approved member websites and can assign credits to their own approved websites to receive visits from other members.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your login details secure, and activity carried out through your account. You must not automate, manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the Surf timer, credit system, rewards, referrals, or security controls.
3. Acceptable websites
You may only submit websites you are authorised to promote. Do not submit malware, phishing or credential-stealing pages, illegal content, forced downloads, deceptive redirects, browser-locking pages, malicious scripts, or content intended to harm or mislead visitors. Websites may be reviewed, rejected, paused, or removed to protect members and the service.
4. Surf visits and incentivised traffic
Traffic delivered through WebTrafficExchange.net consists of incentivised member visits. A Surf visit must satisfy the current viewing timer and platform verification checks before credits are awarded. Closing the target website early, abandoning the Surf session, or failing verification may result in no credit being awarded.
We do not guarantee visitor engagement, search-engine ranking improvements, sales, leads, conversions, advertising revenue, or other commercial results. You are responsible for ensuring incentivised traffic is permitted by your hosting provider, analytics service, advertising network, affiliate programme, or other third-party services you use.
5. Credits and website allocation
Credits are an internal platform unit and have no cash value. Credits may be earned through eligible activity, received through rewards or referrals, purchased where offered, or adjusted by administrators. Credits assigned to a website fund that website's participation in the Surf rotation.
We may correct or remove credits obtained through errors, fraud, automation, abuse, chargebacks, duplicate rewards, or attempts to circumvent platform rules.
6. Daily rewards and bonuses
Where available, daily rewards and activity bonuses are subject to the requirements displayed on the platform. Reward amounts, qualification requirements, and availability may be changed or withdrawn as the exchange develops or to prevent abuse.
7. Referral programme
Members may receive a personal referral link. Referral rewards are awarded only when the applicable qualification requirements are met. Self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, automated activity, and attempts to manipulate referral rewards are prohibited. Referral rewards and qualification rules may change.
8. Purchasing credits
Where credit purchases are offered, payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Purchased credits are added after payment has been successfully verified. Credits are not redeemable for cash. A refund, reversal, dispute, or chargeback may result in the corresponding purchased credits being removed.
9. Moderation and suspension
We may reject or pause websites, cancel invalid Surf sessions, remove improperly obtained credits, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, a security risk, prohibited content, or a material breach of these terms.
10. Availability and platform changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the availability of websites in Surf, a particular number of visitors, or any particular result. Features, Surf viewing times, credit values, rewards, referral rules, prices, and other platform rules may change as the service develops.
11. Responsibility for submitted websites
Website owners remain responsible for the content, security, legality, availability, and third-party compliance of websites they submit. Approval for Surf rotation does not constitute an endorsement by WebTrafficExchange.net.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service when the platform, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The current version will be published on this page.
